Who We Are
Chef John graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He has traveled throughout the country working in
5-Star restaurants in Executive Chef and Management positions. John personally Chefs all of his serviced events.
Susan graduated from Chamberlayne School of Design. Her artistic display of food is a perfect compliment to John's cuisine, combining artfully pleasing tables and delicious food. She attends and supervises all serviced events.
The team has been catering together in Southwest Florida for 15 years.
